Chanel No 5 “the Film” Art Director Ian Gracie – A Review

Ian Gracie is one of the world’s leading Art Directors. He has been working in Film and Television since 1983. He is acclaimed for working on blockbuster movies like Star Wars, Wolverine, Moulin Rouge, The Great Gatsby and many more. Here is my overview of his visual language, semiotic style and a review of his colourisation techniques used in Chanel’s “the Film” released in 2004.
